... now that global-functions requires RouterOS 7.13 anyway.

Christian Hesse 575c77d1a6 mod/bridge-port-to: increase the delay before re-enabling 
Looks like two seconds is way too short... NetworkManager act after five
seconds - so let's delay that time at least.

Christian Hesse a832fd04ef rename scripts and add file extension ".rsc" 
No functional change for the user... The migration is done
automatically.
