Pulse audio support

Note: This may work, but isn't well tested. Theres also a need for a native pulse audio controlling. This needs to be done somewhen in the future.

For using pulseaudio, select the audio device "pulse" for TX and RX. You need to control the audio devices for TX and RX by using pulse controllers like "pavucontol" sudo apt-get install pavucontrol
