Merge branch 'feature/remove_wifi_config_option' into 'master'
Remove wifi config option Remove Wi-Fi enable/disable option from Kconfig. This can be detected by the presence of esp_wifi_init() function in the application. Minimum footprint impact after the change. See merge request !1098
