Refactored to use BOOT (GPIO0) switch for WiFi - so obvious! Shows CFG on WiFi icon if STA+AP and portal running

HC-05 bug fix for bare modules - not happy with empty AT lines being sent ERROR:(0) returns!
Had UART pins for HC-05 reversed on green board.
